MPA Code of Conduct

MPA believes all of our participants and stakeholders (performers, instructors, personnel, volunteers, spectators and all others involved) have the right to a safe and positive environment when participating in MPA activities and events. To reinforce and uphold this belief, we have created a code of conduct for participants and for personnel.

If you believe there has been a violation of the MPA Code of Conduct, please report it by using the form below.

For reports submitted, MPA will respond within three business days. MPA encourages you to provide as much information as possible. All information you are able to provide assists us in promptly and effectively responding to reported allegations. All reporters' names and contact information are kept confidential, which means MPA will not share them with other parties, unless required to do so by law.
